- Welcome! Personal introduction with a short explanation of my history at the Alliance.
- New Affiliate introduction – opportunity for new Affiliates to get to know each other. Coordinators will be emailed in advance and asked to provide a link to their webpage or other info/resources/images they’d like to have visible (on my computer) to the whole group.
- Program year at a glance – an overview of key information contained in the Program Guide
- DOCUMENT: Adapted “Year at a Glace” flowchart, with more detail about Affiliate responsibilities from August – March.
- Discussion of September 13: launch of Online Registration System to the public
- Determining your Regional Guidelines and an appropriate deadline (within the range of December 1, 2017 through January 9, 2018). Regional and National factors to consider when deciding on a deadline.
- Determining quantities of materials for outreach (posters) and recognition (certificates, student and educator pins, stickers, and seals).
