This virtual training is open to all coordinators, but new coordinators are especially encouraged to join!

National Medal Mailing for PY24 winners will take place over the summer, with exact dates to be determined.

Gold Key winners and their educators will be able to see if they won a National Medal by logging into their account starting today.

Starting today, teens and educators will see if they won a regional award in their dashboard. American Visions and Voices Nominees and Honorable Mention, Silver Key, and Gold Key winners will be able to access certificates and congratulatory letters

For Affiliate Partners only: All Gold Key awards must be finalized in the portal by the end of day. Gold Keys added after this deadline may not be included in national judging.

Deadlines vary by region. The earliest entry deadline is December 1, 2023, and the latest is February 29, 2024.
